    When you decide to buy any of our products, you can add it to your cart immediately and complete your shopping with or without membership.


    Our company works with Credit Card or Wire Transfer payment method. The purchases you make with a credit card appear on our screens as Approved immediately and the product you have purchased is delivered to the cargo on the delivery day indicated on the page. If the specified delivery day is not suitable for you, please inform our sales representatives.


    When you choose the money transfer payment method, as soon as you make the transfer to one of the banks we work with, it is automatically processed in our systems and the product you have received is delivered to the cargo on the delivery day specified on the page. Your orders for which the money order has not been sent cannot be delivered to the cargo until the money order arrives, and the stock status of the product may change during this period. For this reason, in order to avoid any problems in the number of delivery days, we kindly ask you to inform our sales representative on the day you will make the transfer.

    Shipping Process


    Your approved orders are delivered to the cargo on the day indicated on the relevant product page. As soon as the product is ready to be shipped and the cargo company receives the product from our factory, we inform you via SMS and e-mail. From this moment on, you can inquire about your shipments from the Cargo Tracking menu on our site and track the instant status of the cargo.
    Although we choose the courier companies we work with carefully, from time to time there may be delays due to the courier company or in rare cases, damaged products may be delivered.
    When you have a complaint about the delay, we definitely evaluate it and if the complaint increases over time, we can review our choice of cargo company. For this reason, we want you to know that your opinions are very valuable to us and are taken into consideration.


    The products come out of our factory or warehouse with 100% quality control and packed in accordance with the cargo. Despite this, your damaged cargo is under our guarantee, and if you return the product to the cargo officer immediately in return for a report, a new product of the same product will be sent to your address free of charge.
