DELIVERY:

Your product will be shipped within the time specified in the product details after the order is placed. As soon as your product is shipped, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you as an SMS. In order to track where your cargo is, if you click on the "Where is my cargo" button on our home page and write your cargo tracking number here, you can find out which branch, on which day and time your cargo will arrive, as well as the branch phone-address information.

If the Yurtiçi Kargo branch you are affiliated with does not find you at your address when it brings your package to you, it leaves a note on the door. In this case, you must receive your package from the cargo branch in the note within "3 days". If you do not receive it within three days, your package will be returned to radiva.com.tr.

Wherever you are in Turkey, we send cargo to your address.

If you are within the borders of Turkey, your order will be in your hands within 3-4 working days from the date of shipment at the latest. Since this timing may vary depending on the transportation of your settlement and logistics company to that region, radiva.com.tr undertakes to send it within 10 days at the latest.
